Your information, in plain language.

What we collect

We collect the contact and project details you choose to send through TradeVera forms, along with basic technical information needed to keep the site safe and working.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, review potential contractor opportunities, contact contractors who ask about the pilot, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

When we share it

For a homeowner or property request, we may share relevant project and contact details with suitable independent local contractors after review. We do not sell personal information as a product.

Your choices

Do not send passwords, bank details, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or other highly sensitive information. You may ask us to correct or delete your request by emailing vincentdowning@tradeveraonline.com.

Security and retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, business records, and applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
